Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rozon AI, a platform operated by Rozon LLC (“Rozon AI,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent (“you,” the “tenant”).

1. The service

Rozon AI is an AI-powered platform for any business that helps capture leads, respond to customers, schedule appointments, draft marketing content and ads, and manage email, SMS, and follow-up. Features vary by the plan associated with your account.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the content, pricing, and availability information you configure — the AI personas only use the information you provide and will not fabricate pricing or availability outside it.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-drafted content, ad, or budget change before it is published or takes effect. No ad publishes and no ad budget changes without your explicit approval.
  • If you connect a third-party account (for example a Meta Ads or Google Ads account), you remain subject to that provider’s own terms, and you are responsible for the campaigns run through that connection.

3. AI-generated content

Rozon AI uses AI to draft responses, marketing content, and ad copy. AI-drafted output is a starting point for staff review and may require editing before use. We do not guarantee that AI-drafted content is error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing it before it is sent, published, or acted upon.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rozon AI to:

  • Violate any applicable law, or the terms of any connected third-party platform (including Meta’s and Google’s advertising policies).
  • Send unsolicited or deceptive communications to leads or customers.
  • Attempt to access another tenant’s data or circumvent tenant data isolation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.

5. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the lead and customer data you or your customers submit through the platform.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Rozon AI platform itself. You retain rights in the business content you provide and in the leads/customer data associated with your account.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozon AI and Rozon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-drafted content that a staff member approved.

8. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms or to protect the platform or other tenants.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rozon LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
